When you set up a filter on a specific transfer, you might see the following error: The REST service returned a status code that is not 20x - i.e. not OK - Status code received: 400 Bad Request Response body: {"error":{"code":"","message":"An error has occurred.","innererror":{"message":"A binary operator with incompatible types was detected. Found operand types 'Edm.Int64' and 'Edm.String' for operator kind 'Equal'.","type":"Microsoft.OData.Core.ODataException".
The ODATA filter expression is trying to compare a property of type Edm.Int64 (a 64-bit integer) to a string. OData does not allow direct equality comparisons between different data types (like int vs. string). The solution would be to ensure both sides of the equality (eq) operator in your filter expression are of the same type.
If the property in the database is Int64, make your filter is set up as follows:
PropertyName eq 1234
If PropertyName is actually meant to be a string field, then it should be treated as Edm.String, and you would write your filter as follows:
PropertyName eq '1234'
