Albert is MyRapidi's AI assistant, integrated directly into the configuration interface. Albert doesn't just answer questions - he actively executes tasks on your behalf, from setting up connections and configuring schedules to running transfers and troubleshooting errors.
You can find Albert under each service in the main menu (Your Service > Albert). Once a chat is started, the chat history will be visible in the list of Chats you can always revisit.
To start a conversation, just click "Albert" in the main menu and begin chatting.
If you want him to greet you with your name and your timezone, tell him in a chat and he will remember it in his memory.
Albert communicates in any language.
Each conversation is saved in the chat history. Albert will give the title of the specific chat that should reflect the topic discussed after 4 conversation entries.
Albert's responses stream in real time. You see answers as they're generated, with no waiting for a complete response before you see anything. This is especially useful for longer diagnostic sessions.

Albert can fully manage your transfers. You can view and manage transfers, including lines, sections, and subtransfers, run transfers directly from the chat, monitor transfer progress with real-time status messages, terminate running transfers when needed, and activate changes to transfer configurations.

Albert can send notifications and messages through Slack, delivering MyRapidi notifications directly to designated channels, and by email to specified addresses on your behalf.
Albert has specialized agents, each with domain-specific knowledge. They will run in the background and be used depending on which task, question, or topic needs to be discussed or handled.
Examples of Agents running in the background:
- Connection Manager - Configure and manage integration connections, authorize services, test connections, and read designs.
- Error Troubleshooter - Diagnose and resolve error messages. Use the shortcut in the Logs section to pre-fill error messages directly into Albert's chat.
- Schedule Manager - Set up and manage synchronization schedules, including natural language scheduling (e.g., "Run this every weekday at 9 AM").
Need a variation of an agent that's already working well? You can copy any AI agent with a single action. The copy gets a clear name suffix so you always know which is the original and which is the clone.
Skills are structured knowledge packages that give Albert focused expertise in specific areas. Each skill includes instructions (step-by-step guidance for the skill's domain), background information (context and reference material), and evaluation criteria (how Albert evaluates the quality of his responses).
Skills can be preloaded onto agents, so your Albert instances come equipped with exactly the expertise they need. Skills are organized under Areas (domain categories), keeping Albert's growing knowledge base structured and manageable.
Albert has persistent memory across conversations. Albert remembers your preferences and context between chat sessions. Memories can be scoped to a specific user, account, service, or agent. Important memories can be set to preload automatically, so Albert starts every conversation with the right context. No more repeating yourself - Albert builds understanding over time.
Track how your team uses Albert with usage graphs showing agent and chat activity over time, cost tracking per agent and per user, and weekly metrics to understand adoption trends.
