User Name:
Accepted user names would be either an email address, numbers (0-9), letters (A-Z) (both uppercase and lowercase) but no space in the name.
Create API User:
In order to work with the Rapidi REST API, you need to create a dedicated API user. You create a user as described above, but additionally, on the Create User page, you need to checkmark 'API User'. This will create a user that only will be allowed to access MyRapidi via the API.
The API user will not receive an email to set the password. Instead, the Account Administrator needs to generate an API Access Token for the API user. This is done under 'Manage Users' once the API user is created. Generate the API Access Token by clicking the icon to generate a new API Access Token for this API user. This will open a window with the new API token for you to copy and work with.
As for a Rapidi user, the Account Administrator would need to give the API user service access, edit rights, etc. in order to work with the API accordingly.
