Delete Link Storage Values

Link Storage Values store the relationships between records in different systems (e.g., Business Central Customer No. linked to HubSpot Object Id). You can delete individual values or all values at once.

To Delete a Single Link Storage Value

1. Navigate to Link Storages in the top menu.
2. Select the Link Storage you want to work with (e.g., CUST).
3. In the Link Storage Values section, locate the specific record you want to delete.
4. Click the trash icon (🗑️) in the Action column on the right side of the row.
5. The value will be deleted immediately.

To Delete All Link Storage Values

1. Navigate to Link Storages in the top menu
2. Select the Link Storage you want to clear (e.g., CUST)
3. In the Link Storage Values section, click the Delete All button above the table
4. A confirmation dialog will appear: "Delete All Link Storage Values (this cannot be reversed)?"
5. Click OK to confirm or Cancel to abort

Warning: Deleting all link storage values cannot be undone.

When to Use:

• Delete Single Value: When a specific record relationship is incorrect or needs to be re-established
• Delete All Values: When resetting an integration, changing connection mappings, or troubleshooting sync issues that require a fresh start
