The error indicates that **Salesforce rejected the upsert operation** because of an issue in a **Flow or Process Builder automation** tied to the Invoice Process Trigger. It suggests that a **Flow or Process Builder failed** while attempting to execute during the record operation.

**E2120 - ECE\_SForceUpdateInsert:We got an error back from SalesForce when trying to update or insert data in SalesForce.
Error returned from SFDC on upsert: [message: We can't save this record because the Invoice Process Trigger process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. An error occurred when executing a flow interview.Error ID: 1184104690-29073 (-1101463072) , statusCode: CANNOT\_EXECUTE\_FLOW\_TRIGGER] , Record does not exist in SFDC, Data sent to SFDC: sObjects: [type: InvoiceHeader\_\_c , Unique\_Key\_\_c: SI000001 , Name: SI000001 , Sell\_to\_Customer\_\_c: 0011K00002H41iNQAR , Bill\_to\_Customer\_\_c: 0011K00002H41iNQAR , Bill\_to\_Name\_\_c: John Doe.**

**Solution:**

- **Go to Salesforce Setup** → Flow in Quick Find → Open the **Flow Execution Logs** :

1. Navigate to **Setup \> Flows \> Debug Run History**.
2. Find the error matching the given **Error ID**.
3. Review the **Failed Flow Interview** to check what part of the Flow failed and adjust it accordingly.

Another example is the one below where the error message clearly states that a limit has been exceeded—often related to Salesforce governor limits (e.g., too many queries).

**E2120 - ECE\_SForceDataError: We got an error back from SalesForce when trying to update or insert data in SalesForce: Error returned from SFDC on upsert: [message: We can't save this record because the “Outstanding Amount on Account from Ledger Entries Remaining Amount” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. \<b\>Limit Exceeded\</b\>\<br\>You or your organization has exceeded the maximum limit for this feature. Error ID: 1442564370-383648.**

Solution (apart from the one above):

- In myrapidi, set up a lower value for **Commit Per** on the transfer that is failing (e.g. 10 instead of 200). By doing this, it will reduce the number of API calls consumed in one go.
