When you are manually running a transfer or your schedules are running on a specific interval, you might come across this error message:
**E2128 - ECE\_RelayServerNotConnected: The local RelayServer is not connected at the moment. Please ensure that it is connected (try restart it) and then try again.**

The above error indicates that one of your Rapidi connector is offline and therefore it's not connected and the data cannot be transferred.

**How to fix it:**

**Step 1 – Check the connector status in the Dashboard**

Before touching anything locally, verify the status of the connector from within myrapidi:

1. Log in to your Rapidi service at **myrapidi.com**
2. Navigate to the **Dashboard** and click **Get Service Status**
3. If your connector appears under **Currently NOT Connected RapidiConnectors** ,

Proceed to Step 2.

**Step 2 – Restart the Rapidi Connector locally**

You will need to log in to the server where the Rapidi Connector is installed and restart it manually. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the server where the Rapidi Connector is running.
2. Open **C:\Program Files\RapidiConnector**.
3. Locate the file **Rapidi64.cpl** and **right-click → Run as Administrator**.
4. The RapidiConnector application will open. Select the connector from the list (there may be one or two listed).
5. Click **Stop** , then click **Start**. The connector will restart and attempt to reconnect.

**Step 3 – Verify the Connector is back online:**

1. After restarting, go back to myrapidi to confirm the connector has reconnected:
2. Navigate to the **Dashboard** page and click **Get Service Status** again.
3. If your connector is back online, you should see it under **Connected Rapid Connectors**. If the connector does not come back online after restarting it, please reach out to our support team.
