<div class="trix-content"><p>When your Rapidi schedules are running, the below error might be shown in the logs: <br><strong>E2138 - ECE_NTLMBadCredentials: Could not login to the MS Server with the supplied credentials. Please check your userid, password and domain name and try again.</strong><br><br>This error is specific to NAV Web Services and it indicates that any of the connection details might have been changed and the ones used for the Rapidi connection are not valid anymore. Usually, the password is changed and this triggers this error message.
