E2138 - ECE_NTLMBadCredentials

When your Rapidi schedules are running, the below error might be shown in the logs:
E2138 - ECE_NTLMBadCredentials: Could not login to the MS Server with the supplied credentials. Please check your userid, password and domain name and try again.

This error is specific to NAV Web Services and it indicates that any of the connection details might have been changed and the ones used for the Rapidi connection are not valid anymore. Usually, the password is changed and this triggers this error message. Go through the following steps:

• Update the NAVWS credentials in myrapidi.com by going to Connections -> Click on the + sign next to your NAVWS connection to unfold the connection details -> Click on Edit and update the details -> Click on Save. 

• Once you have saved the new credentials, click on Test to make sure that you can connect to your NAV Web Services.
