E2157 - ECE_SSLError: We got an error from the SSL module

When your Rapidi schedules are running based on a specific frequency, you might see this error message: E2157 - ECE_SSLError: We got an error from the SSL module.

This error indicates that there is a connection timeout - Rapidi could not connect to either the source or destination system and therefore, the error is visible in the Logs. On every connection request, we have a timeout limit set up and if the system in question does not respond in a timely manner, the result will be this specific error message. One reason might be the fact that the server might be overloaded and it's not responding as it should. 

If you notice this error message on a regular basis, please reach out to our support team. One way to resolve it is to upgrade your Rapidi Connectors and/or the Rapidi Central to a newer version. A newer version will have an enhanced retry mechanism and will retry multiple times before resulting in this error message.
