Edit Schedules

Every transfer schedule in Rapidi can be fine-tuned to fit your business needs. Clicking the pencil icon next to a transfer switches the row into edit mode, where all fields become editable except Last Date/Time and Notify Date/Time:

  • Code – transfer identifier
  • Description – transfer description
  • Interval – how often the transfer runs
  • Status – current status
  • Priority – queue priority (e.g. Normal)
  • Error Handling – behavior on failure (e.g. Skip)
  • Next Date/Time – when the transfer will next run
  • Error Interval – retry delay after an error
  • Notify Interval – how often error notifications repeat
  • Run on these days – Monday–Sunday checkboxes
  • Start Time / End Time – the daily window the transfer is allowed to run in
  • Only when connected – restrict runs to when the connection is active
