Every transfer schedule in Rapidi can be fine-tuned to fit your business needs. Clicking the pencil icon next to a transfer switches the row into edit mode, where all fields become editable except **Last Date/Time** and **Notify Date/Time** :  
  

- **Code** – transfer identifier
- **Description** – transfer description
- **Interval** – how often the transfer runs
- **Status** – current status
- **Priority** – queue priority (e.g. Normal)
- **Error Handling** – behavior on failure (e.g. Skip)
- **Next Date/Time** – when the transfer will next run
- **Error Interval** – retry delay after an error
- **Notify Interval** – how often error notifications repeat
- **Run on these days** – Monday–Sunday checkboxes
- **Start Time / End Time** – the daily window the transfer is allowed to run in
- **Only when connected** – restrict runs to when the connection is active
