How to Navigate and Use The Filtering and Search

The easiest and most powerful way to find your way around the application is to use the search functionality, filtering, and pagination placed on top of every page. Below we will explain every page separately in regard to the filtering/search options:

Transfers

The filtering feature on the 'Transfers' page will allow you to filter on Only Selected/Not Selected, Groups, Transfers, Status of Transfers, Destination Connection, and Source Connection. Furthermore, you can search via the search field.

  • Only Selected / Not Selected: Clicking the "check-mark" icon will give you the possibility to sort by only selected not selected
  • Groups: Clicking the "groups" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the group
  • Transfers: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the schedules
  • Transfer Status: By choosing from the  "transfer status" dropdown menu lets you choose to filter on implementing, testing, ready, live, archived, not archived
  • Source Connection: Clicking the "source connection" allows you to filter on the source connection, showing you all transfers transferred from this particular data source.
  • Destination Connection: Clicking on "destination connection" allows you to filter on destination connection, showing you all transfers that are transferred from this particular data source.
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

Schedules

The filtering menu on the 'Schedules' page will allow you to filter on Schedules, Groups, Transfers. Furthermore, you can search via the search field. Additionally, filter on Schedule Status and Schedule Priority.

  • Only Selected / Not Selected:Clicking the "check-mark" icon will give you the possibility to sort by only selected not selected
  • Schedules: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the schedules
  • Groups: Clicking the "groups" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the group
  • Transfers: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the schedules
  • Schedule Status: Clicking the "status" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the status of the schedules 
  • Schedule Priority:Clicking the "priority" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the priority of the schedules 
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

Please note: The filtering/search feature on Schedules works with OR instead of AND - for example, it will filter on 'Transfer Code' OR 'Schedule Code' OR 'Groups'

Logs

The filtering menu on the 'Log' page will give you various options to find the runs or log entries you are looking for.

  • Date/time: chosen the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval 
  • Schedules: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the schedules
  • Groups: Clicking the "groups" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the group
  • Transfers: Clicking the "transfers" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the transfer name
  • Source Connection: Clicking the "source connection" allows you to filter on the source connection, showing you all transfers transferred from this particular data source.
  • Destination Connection: Clicking on "destination connection" allows you to filter on destination connection, showing you all transfers that are transferred from this particular data source.
  • Error: By choosing from the  "error" drop-down menu lets you choose to see all the log entries containing errors or no errors.
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

Please note: The filtering/search feature on Logs works with OR instead of AND - for example, it will filter on 'Transfer Code' OR 'Schedule Code' OR 'Groups'

Runs

The filtering menu on the 'Runs' page will give you various options to find the runs or log entries you are looking for.
Please note: In app5 we have moved the 'Runs' to a subpage under 'Logs'

  • Date/time: chosen the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval 
  • Schedules: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the schedules
  • Groups: Clicking the "groups" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the group
  • Transfers: Clicking the "transfers" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on transfer name
  • Error: By choosing from the  "error" drop-down menu lets you choose to see all the log entries containing errors or no errors.
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

Please note: The filtering/search feature on Runs works with OR instead of AND - for example, it will filter on 'Transfer Code' OR 'Schedule Code' OR 'Groups'

Data Errors

The filtering menu on the 'Data Errors' page (Logs > Data Errors) will give you various options to find the runs or log entries you are looking for.

  • Only Selected/Not Selected: filter on entries you have either selected or not selected.
  • Date/time: chosen the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval 
  • Transfers: Clicking the "transfers" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the transfer name
  • Source Connection: Clicking the "source connection" allows you to filter on the source connection, showing you all data errors from this particular data source.
  • Destination Connection: Clicking on "destination connection" allows you to filter on destination connection, showing you all data errors from this particular data source.
  • Error Status: Clicking on "error status" allow you to filter on errors that have been resolved or not resolved.
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

Statistics

The filtering menu on the 'Statistics' page will give you various options to drill down in each graph.


The filtering options for 'Runs Time Used' are:

  • Date/time: Chose the date-time field to filter on a specific date and time
  • Schedules: Clicking the "schedules" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the Schedules

The filtering options for 'Transfers Time Used' are:

  • Date/time: choosing the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval 
  • Transfers: Clicking the "transfers" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the transfer name
  • Source Connection: Clicking the "source connection" allows you to filter on the source connection, showing you statistics from this particular data source.
  • Destination Connection: Clicking on "destination connection" allows you to filter on destination connection, showing you statistics from this particular data source.

The filtering options for 'SFDC API Calls' are:

  • Date/time: choosing the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval 
  • Connection: Clicking the "connection" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on a specific connection

Groups, Connections, Tags & Link Storages

The filtering menu on the 'Groups', 'Connections', 'Tags', and 'Link Storages' page will allow you to filter on Only Selected/Not Selected and you can search via the search field.

  • Only Selected / Not Selected: Clicking the "check-mark" icon will give you the possibility to sort by only selected not selected
  • Search: Use the search field for free search

RTI

The filtering feature on the 'Transfers' page will allow you to filter on Only Selected/Not Selected, Groups, Transfers, Status of Transfers, Destination Connection, and Source Connection. Furthermore, you can search via the search field.
