Link Storage Values can be exported to a **JSON file** and imported back later. This is useful for backups, moving mappings between environments, or reusing the same link storage values in a new Link Storage.

### **Export JSON**

Click **Export JSON** to download the current Link Storage Values as a JSON file.

![Export JSON Link Storage](/rails/active_storage/blobs/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsiZGF0YSI6MTUzNCwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--f6d1699b3e705e1b540415a20cfa1ed6a7faa078/Export JSON Link Storage.png "Export JSON Link Storage")

The export is a JSON **array** (list) of entries. Each entry contains two keys:

- **key\_1** = value from the first column (e.g., _BC Customer No_)
- **key\_2** = value from the second column (e.g., _SFDC Account Id_)

```
    "key_2": "001Qy00000MaqzVIAR"
  },
  },
  {
    "key_1": "D04720",
    "key_2": "001KB000003cxBmYAI"
  }
]
```

### **Import JSON**

Use **Browse** to select a JSON file, then click **Import JSON** to upload the values into the currently opened Link Storage.

**Duplicate handling (important)**

When importing:

- Existing entries are **skipped**.
- Only **new entries** from the JSON file are created.

This means you can safely import the same file multiple times without creating duplicates.
