<div class="trix-content"><p>This document outlines the process of transferring files attached to opportunities from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, associating those files with corresponding sales orders.&nbsp;<br><br></p><h2><strong>Use Case Description</strong></h2><p><br></p><p>In this scenario, files that are uploaded and attached to opportunities within Salesforce and they need to be transferred to Business Central. These files are associated with the sales orders created from the Salesforce opportunities. As soon as the attachment/file is associated with the sales order, the date and time of the update is written back to Salesforce into the field called <strong>Transferred_to_BC_c</strong> ( it provides the customer with a confirmation that the attachment has been successfully transferred).</p><ul><li><strong>File Accessibility in Business Central</strong>:</li></ul><p>Users in Business Central can now access the attached files directly from the sales order, ensuring that all relevant documents are in one place and easily accessible for processing, customer service, and auditing.</p></div>
