Rapidi MCP

The Rapidi MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposes Rapidi's integration platform to AI assistants, such as Claude. By connecting an AI agent to the Rapidi MCP, you can manage connections, transfers, schedules, logs, and more - entirely through natural language, without needing to navigate the Rapidi web interface.

The MCP follows the standard Model Context Protocol specification, meaning it works with any MCP-compatible AI client.

What you can do with the Rapidi MCP:

  • Create, update, test, and delete connections to ERP, CRM, and database systems
  • Build and configure transfers, including field mappings, filters, and default values
  • Create and manage schedules to automate data sync
  • Monitor logs and diagnose errors
  • Run transfers on demand and track their progress in real time
  • Manage groups, RTI (RunTime Information), tags, agents, and support cases
  • Send email and Slack notifications
  • Search Rapidi documentation

A note on access levels

The functions available to the AI agent are scoped to your Rapidi account's permissions. When the agent connects to the MCP, it can only see and execute the functions your account is authorized for. This means:

  • Users with restricted roles may see fewer available functions than a full administrator.
  • The articles in this wiki document the full set of functions available to an administrator account. Some functions may not be available to all users.
  • If you expect a function to be available but the agent cannot find it, check your account permissions in Rapidi first.
