Rapidi schedules normally run automatically based on a configured interval. But sometimes you need a sync to happen _right now_ - without waiting for the next scheduled window. The **Start** button lets you trigger any schedule immediately, on demand.

**How to start a schedule manually:**

1. **Go to Schedules**

- From the top navigation, click **Schedules**. You'll land on the **Active** tab by default, which shows all currently active schedules.

**2. Select the schedule**

- Tick the checkbox to the left of the schedule you want to run. You can select one or multiple schedules at the same time - the action will apply to all selected rows.

**3. Click Start**

- In the toolbar above the schedule list, click the **Start** button. Rapidi will confirm the action with a success message: _1 Schedule(s) was successfully started_.

**What happens next:** Rapidi sets the schedule's next run time to _now_, so it picks it up on the next processing cycle - typically within a few seconds.
