Rapidi schedules run automatically on a configured interval, but you can also control them manually at any time. The **Start** and **Stop** buttons let you trigger or pause any schedule immediately - without touching its configuration.

### **Stopping a schedule:**

**1. Select the schedule**

- Tick the checkbox next to the schedule you want to pause. Multiple schedules can be selected at once.

**2. Click Stop**

- Click the Stop button in the toolbar. The tool tip reads _"Stop all selected Schedules"_. Rapidi confirms immediately: _1 Schedule(s) was successfully stopped_.

**What happens next:** The schedule is paused and will no longer run automatically. The schedule itself is not deleted.Instead the status is updated to **Stopped** and will become inactive. However, all configuration is preserved and it can be restarted at any time.
