Workday

Rapidi supports integrating with Workday as a source system, most commonly for syncing HR data (employee master data, positions, and organizational hierarchy) into an ERP or CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The integration connects to Workday via a standard REST WebService (using Workday's endpoints), paired with a JSON schema that defines the objects and fields available for mapping. This schema is customer-managed: when Workday's report design changes or a new field is added, the customer updates the schema themselves, no code changes or new releases required on our side.
