Data Errors
Under the 'Logs' page you will find a sub-page called "Data Errors". This view should give you an overview of the data errors generated when you have the 'continue on error' feature enabled under a Transfer.
Filtering/Search
The filtering menu will give you various options
- Only Selected / Not Selected: Clicking the "check-mark" icon will give you the possibility to sort by only selected not selected
- Date/time: chosen the to and from date fields will filter on the time interval
- Transfer: Clicking the "Transfers" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the name of the transfers
- Source Connection: Clicking the "Source Connection" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the source
- Destination Connection: Clicking the "Destination Connection" icon will give you the possibility to search and filter on the destination
- Error Status:Clicking the "Error Status" icon will give you the possibility to filter on errors that have been resolved or not resolved
- Search: Use the search field for free search
JSON Export
- If you only would like to export the data entries, the click then 'JSON' button
- You can select specific entries and only export those
Error Log Entry
- Each Error Log Entry contains in the heading information about :
- Date & Time
- Transfer Code
- Source
- Destination
- Description of error
- Furthermore, you have a direct link to go to the Transfer, to write a comment, and to mark the error entry as resolved/unresolved by clicking the error status icon. The error status icon will be a red icon with an exclamation mark for error, when you mark it as resolved it will be a green icon with a check to mark the error has been resolved.
- Clicking on the +/- lets you see more details about the log entry
- In the details under each Error Log Entry, you can view the following information besides the information already shown in the heading of a Log:
- Date Time: Date and Time the Transfer was run.
- Transfer: The Transfer code is shown here.
- Source: Shows which connection data has been transferred from
- Destination: Shows which connection data has been transferred to.
- Key: Is the specific key for the data error, for example customer key
- Code: Internal error code to be able to filter on it
- Description: Description of the error
- Data: Data that was intended to be transferred
- Resolved DateTime: Date and time of the data error marked as resolved
- Resolved by: Name of the user that marked the data error as resolved
- Comment: Content of the message in the comment
