How to set up the RapidiConnector

The RapidiConnector is a small Windows service that runs in the background and features the connection between the local system (for example, MS Dynamics NAV) and the central Rapidi service.

To install and set up the RapidiConnector, please do the following:

  1. Log in to MyRapidi.com.
  2. Select your Rapidi Service.
  3. Select Configure.
  4. Choose the Connection for which you want to install the RapidiConnector (for example, MS Dynamics NAV).
  5. Click the little red arrow in front of "RapidiConnector".
  6. Download and Installing the RapidiConnector.
  7. Follow the instructions on the page to set up the RapidiConnector.
  8. Verify that the RapidiConnector connects correctly - see the Dashboard.
