How to set up the RapidiConnector
The RapidiConnector is a small Windows service that runs in the background and features the connection between the local system (for example MS Dynamics NAV) and the central Rapidi service.
To install and set up the RapidiConnector, please do the following:
Log in to
MyRapidi.com.
- Select your Rapidi Service.
- Select Configure.
- Choose the Connection for which you want to install the RapidiConnector (for example, MS Dynamics NAV).
- Click the little red arrow in front of "RapidiConnector".
- Download and Installing the RapidiConnector.
- Follow the instructions on the page to set up the RapidiConnector.
- Verify that the RapidiConnector connects correctly - see the Dashboard.
How to uninstall the RapidiConnector
To uninstall a RapidiConnector locally, you would need to go through the following steps:
Note: Before uninstalling any connectors, ensure they are not being used by any of your current Rapidi transfers. If that’s the case, check your transfers in your Rapidi service and update/add the needed connections so your schedules do not fail due to the Rapidi connector(s) being offline.
- Log in to the server where the Rapidi connector is running;
- Open C->Program Files -> Rapidi Connector. From here, locate the file Rapidi64.cpl and run it as Admin as shown here

3. The connector app will open (as shown above) and you will need to select the connector from the list (in your case should only be one or two);
4. Select the connector that you want to uninstall and then click Stop.

5. Then click the button Uninstall.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for other connectors (if there are any other connectors).
