RapidiConnector installation guide (step by step)

The RapidiConnector is a small Windows service you install on a machine in your own network. It lets Rapidi reach your on-premise system (for example Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central on-premise) by connecting out to the Rapidi server over SSL, so you do not need to open inbound firewall ports. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Before you start, make sure you have:

A Windows machine that can reach your on-premise system

Local administrator rights on that machine

Your MyRapidi login

A Windows account (and its password) for the service to run as, with access to your on-premise system

Outbound internet access from the machine to the Rapidi server and port shown in MyRapidi

Step 1: Download the connector from MyRapidi

Everything you need, the installer and your connection parameters, is in your Rapidi service.

Log in to MyRapidi and open your service.

Open the connection to your on-premise system and expand the RapidiConnector section.
